Software fails commercially long before it fails technically.
A product ships late because the scope was never written down. It cannot be found because nobody treated search and structure as part of the build. And nobody can say whether it worked, because the measurement was added afterwards, if at all. Three separate problems with one cause: each was treated as somebody else’s job.
MAXDD takes all three at once. Concretely, that means: we scope the work in phases with a price against each and publish those prices; we build hand-written, server-rendered software rather than assembling a page builder, so a crawler or an AI assistant can read the page without executing JavaScript; we put structured data, canonicals and sitemaps in at build time; and we wire the analytics up before launch rather than after the first disappointing month.
It is the same two to four people from the first call to the handover. There is no account manager, no handover to a delivery team, and no reveal at the end — the work sits in an environment you can open at any point. The team page names them.
What we do not do: paid media buying, brand strategy decks, or anything we would have to subcontract and mark up. If a job needs one of those, we will say so and point you at someone who does it properly.

Four things we will not bend on.
Performance is a constraint, not a phase
Every asset, font and third-party script justifies its weight before it ships. It is far cheaper than optimising a finished site, and it is the only way the result actually stays fast.
No invented numbers
We do not publish results we cannot evidence, and we do not dress concept work up as client work. If a case study carries a metric, it came from an analytics account we can show you.
Search goes in at build time
Structured data, crawlability and Google Business Profile are part of the build, not an upsell afterwards. Retrofitting search onto a finished site always costs more than doing it once.
You own everything
Your domain, your hosting, your analytics, your code. No proprietary builder you cannot leave, and no hostage situation if you decide to work with someone else.
Five phases.
Every engagement runs through these, in order, and each one ends in something you can look at. Nothing about the sequence is unusual — knowing which phase you are in is the point.
Scope
We start from the job being done badly today and work backwards to the smallest thing that fixes it. You get a written scope, a phase plan and a fixed number before any code exists.
Architect
Data model, integrations, hosting, auth and the decisions that are expensive to reverse later. Small projects get an hour of this; a SaaS product gets a document.
Build
Shipped in phases against a working environment you can open at any point, rather than revealed at the end. Performance and accessibility are budgets during the build, not a cleanup pass.
Launch
Domains, analytics, structured data, search console, monitoring and the handover of every account in your name. Nothing about the launch depends on us staying involved.
Measure
Once real traffic arrives, the numbers say what to build next. We review what converted, what did not, and what the next phase should contain.
